There has been increase in women in the top 5% of earners in Qu1 compared to the previous quarter and the same period last year. There has been a decrease in the number of employees in the top 5% of earners for both disability and ethnic minority. Disability and ethnicity are self recorded by employees and this reduction may be due to the implementation of a new HR information system. All employees will be encouraged to record protected characteristics
