Proportion of benefits decisions upheld at review stage


 Data not available for Q1 as the method of measurement for this new KPI was agreed during Q1 and will be reported from from Q2 2019/20. It measures the percentage of benefit decisions upheld at review stage.  Measure being one of 3 outcomes - Decision upheld, decision revised or decision revised after the claimant provides new information.  KPI is calculated as the number of 'upheld' outcomes as a percentage of all reviews actioned within the month. Target of 40%.
